A high standard of personal appearance is expected of all students and anyone arriving at school in non-uniform clothing may expect to have a letter sent home.  Failure to comply will result in a pupil being sent home.

Please note:  

• The colour of trousers and skirt is mid-grey. Black/charcoal NOT ACCEPTABLE 

• Lycra, bootleg, flares, leggings, sports trousers - NOT ACCEPTABLE 

• Shoes must be black with a sensible heel. Boots, trainers, platform shoes - NOT ACCEPTABLE 

• Sweatshirts , with or without hooded tops - NOT ACCEPTABLE 

• Hair should be neat and should not be coloured with bright colours - Pupils who choose to cut their hair very short and use clippers, should not use less than a No 2.

• Jewellery is not permitted - a wristwatch and one stud in each ear is permissible for those with pierced ears 

• Make-up, nail varnish should not be worn 

• Other body piercing - NOT ACCEPTABLE 

• Sweatshirts, with or without hooded tops - NOT ACCEPTABLE

FINAL DECISIONS ON SUITABILITY LIE WITH THE HEADTEACHER

PE Kit and Equipment (For all Years) - All kit must be in school colours ie Red and Black - Red and Grey and must be clearly marked with the child’s name.

Red T-shirt with school crest
Black shorts (no trim)
Plain black socks
Clean pumps or trainers 

ALL ITEMS MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED WITH PUPIL'S NAME
